Recently, SAE International, a global community dedicated to advancing the knowledge of self-propelled vehicles and technology, announced a change in its journal and technical paper process. To improve workflow and organization, SAE International has adopted Aries Systems’ Editorial Manager system. This cloud-based method streamlines the manuscript submission and peer-review tracking process for books, reference works, journals, and other publications submitted to SAE International.
Because of the adoption of the new system, SAE International has created a more user-friendly experience for authors and reviewers of journals and papers. Through the Editorial Manager system, users can save time and associate editors can view reviews at once. Further, the system offers a double-blind peer review process. SAE International hopes these advances will attract more authors for its journals.
